Our New Price Packages
Individual, fast, flexible: With our new price packages, you get exactly the live subtitles you need. No matter if you are a company, hosting a (digital) event, or an employee – we want EVE live captions to be available to everyone.
Why did we modify the packages?
The needs of our customers are different. And Corona has shown us that EVE is not only needed at events and meetings. Employees should also benefit from live subtitles in their daily work. Supporting translations for non-native speakers or employees with hearing impairments – EVE can help. To make sure you get precisely the live subtitles you need, we have customized our pricing packages. Here are some examples:
Package for employees
Workplace support
EVE is mainly used for events and meetings. But why shouldn’t EVE be available for everyday work in the office? After all, inclusion doesn’t stop at the end of a session. Among other things, EVE can assist people with hearing impairments or hearing disabilities in their daily work. You can book an individual demo or support at any time for an additional charge.
Price: 50,-€ per hour, net
Annual subscription for employees or corporations
Much usage
For employees who use EVE often during the day or want to share an EVE account with a team, there is our annual subscription. Every month you get 160 hours of EVE subtitle service credited to your account. That makes 1920 EVE service hours per year. And that for a subscription price of just under 39,- Euro per hour. An individual demo or support can be booked at any time for an additional charge.
Event package S
Digital conference or lecture
You are planning a lecture or a digital conference and live captions should not be missing? Then our Event Package S is the right choice for you. One hour of EVE including demo and IT support is available from €100 per hour.
Included: individual demo, project management, and IT support
Price: from 100,- € per hour
Event package XL
Livestream or large on-site events
For larger events like live streams or on-site events, we offer our Event Package XL. We provide someone to set up EVE for the event on-site.
Included: Event set-up, on-site support, briefing for speakers.
Price: 1600,- € for up to 8 hours duration
Offline
Use on your own server
In addition, we will soon offer a license model as an offline version for use on your servers. This way, you have the management of your data 100% in your own hands and can use an unlimited number of EVE hours per year.
Dictionary
A lot of jargon
Does the lecture or meeting contain a lot of technical jargon and names? Then it makes sense to fill the EVE dictionary with these terms beforehand so that the output is correct. We can do this for you on request.
Price: 0.5 hours will be charged from the hourly contingent for editing the dictionary.
YOUR PACKAGE
To adapt EVE to your needs, the price packages will be made individually in consultation with our partner manager Annika. Please note: Orders via our online store are no longer possible. For all our packages, the usage time will be charged by the second. Unused time is, of course, still available for use.
